SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free for all orders over $100.

Currently we will only ship to the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. customers are responsible for knowing their state and local laws.

currently we are shipping through usps. shipping time frames and charges are subject to change due to their guidlines.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

in stock items may be returned at purchaser's return shipping expense. a full refund will be applied minus a 2.9% processing fee.

there are no returns on custom orders. if you feel your custom order is defective please contact us. We will evaluate the item to determine if it can be repaired or an exchange is needed.
